bez zarzutu można dostać się do konsoli. Nie ma problemu z żadnym tx czy rx

Przy starszym uboocie nie ma problemów.
Nie zaryzykuję downgrade.

Zostaję przy trunku.

Z tego co czytam, problemem jest VDSL2..
Zebrane firmware z FritzlBoxa, Netiaspota(dsl_vr9...bin) i oryginalnego FW TPLinka(xcpe...bin - oni wspominają tylko o ADSL) http://www.speedyshare.com/We636/vr9.tar.gz - na pewno się przyda.
Brakuje także diody WiFi i odczytu MAC Ethernetu z config..
iwconfig sobie nie radzi ze zmianą kanału, to coś chyba od strony sterownika..

Mogę wrzucić ramdisk image - który nie robi żadnych zmian we flashu.

dokładnie to adres mac nie jest czytany
a z tego co widzę znajduje się pod adresem
0x7DF100 czytano jako hex
można też z xml wyczytać partycji mtd
ale tam się może położenie zmienić

ale w sumie to działa standardowe

ifconfig eth0 up


i lan działa bez problemu

nie wiem czemu opcja macaddr w pliku /etc/config/network nie narzuca prawidłowego adresu mac a w sumie powinna
można to powyższe do rc.local wrzucić

radio z tego co widzę działa

z tego co widzę openwrt startuje dwukrotnie chyba resetuje go za pierwszym razem watchdog lub detekcja usb


generalnie to openwrt chodzi choć nie miałem czasu go sprawdzić dokładnie

reszty nie miałem czasu sprawdzić w trunku

No i uważać aby nie pokasować partycji uboota,config,rom,romfile,wifi
bo router nie ruszy


to co mi się na razie rzuciło w oczy to

inny mac ma tylko wan

Wszystkie porty LAN działają i porty są wykrywane. swconfig nie działa skoro cała konfiguracja jest już ustawiona w dts. WiFi działa (sprawdziłem AP i klienta WPA2-PSK), iw list wykrywa także pasmo 5GHz, ale to chyba nie jest dostępne na tym sprzęcie. Właśnie nie wiem czy to jest radio 300Mbit czy 450..

Oprócz ticketów założonych w trunku:
- błąd generowania uImage w ramdisk (z załączonym fixem)
- nie widać aplikacji do sterowania vdsl (z załączonym fixem)
- problem z wydobyciem firmware VDSL (ja proponuję samodzielnie znaleźć odpowiednie pliki, np. te co dołączyłem i ręcznie wgrać)
1) do dodania jest watchdog (dostępny sprzętowo, trzeba włączyć applet busybox i wpis w hotplug/udev)
2) trzeba znaleźć diodę od WiFi - nie wiem który to port GPIO...
3) ...oraz obsługę przełącznika WiFi.
4) adres MAC najprościej ustawiać w pierwszym skrypcie preinit (odpowiednia kombinacja dd, grep, sed i na końcu ifconfig), a w sterowniku dać domyślny typu 00:11:22:33:44:55
5) te dane kalibracji chipsetu WiFi proponowałbym zamieścić jako firmware w jądrze (podobnie jak do GPHY), to tylko 4kB

w tym routerze jest tylko 2,4

dane kalibracji można i zmieścić ale nie można usuwać nic z tych partycji bo jak ktoś będzie chciał powrócić do org to będzie problem.

co do adresu mac trzeba jego lokalizację potwierdzić w innym routerze najlepiej zrobić dump partycji i sprawdzić czy pod tym samym ofsetem się znajduje

No to dsl pracuje poprawnie :)
teraz po testuje czy stabilnie

niestety nie wiem jak sprawdzić parametry linii na końcu umieszczam liste komend vdsl_cpe_control
jeszcze sie w to nie wgryzłem
ale przeszukałem proca i sys i tam nic nie znalazłem
a przydało by się wydobyć jakie parametry negocjacji adsl są.

No prosze, dobra robota! Wieczorem napisze jak podbic snr margin. W sumie to z routera mozna juz korzystac i uznac obraz z trunka za dzialajacy.. jeszcze fix na watchdoga i jak dla mnie to jest wszystko.
Ktorych firmware uzyles?

ten z tplinka
pracuje cały czas na nim i na razie jest wszystko stabilne
mnie brakuje vlanów ale da się żyć. Trzeba jeszcze przetestować to i owo w czasie kompilacji ale jak jestem zadowolony.

Wysyłam kilka nowych plików - firmware do VDSL2.
Jest kilka do Annex A, i tylko jeden od B - ponieważ spece mają chyba głównie linie B, właśnie obsługa Annexu B jest w trunku. Aby działał Annex A - trzeba po prostu podmienić /lib/firmware/vdsl.bin którymś z tych z paczki. Ten największy w folderze oem/ wygląda na najnowszy. Nie testowałem jednak żadnych.

w trunku nie ma wersji b
jest skrypt który ściąga i rozpakowuje z oryginalnego firmware wersje annexb po zaakceptowaniu licencji
ale jak nie ma netu to niby jak ściągnąć firmware i go rozpakować ? Pobrać ręcznie i wrzucić do tmp a resztą się skrypt zajmie

Można próbować innych firmware ale powiem szczerze ten annexa od tplinka działa bez zarzutu to czemu szukać innego ? Przynajmniej u mnie

vdsl no to trzeba mieć jakieś dojście do tego a poza tym kto to przetestuje jeśli dają modem samokonfigurowalny ew jedno wciskasz i masz net.

Można się w najbliższym czasie spodziewać testowych obrazów? Bo w końcu chciałbym się przesiąść z mr3240, gdzie 32MB RAM doprowadza mnie do szału :)

Są u mnie od pewnego czasu: http://ecco.selfip.net/trunk/lantiq/ czysty trunk z luci. Tylko weź pod uwagę że to jest trunk - zmienia się często i niekoniecznie wszystko działa w danej chwili czasowej.

Może do końca roku wyjdzie z trunka, jeśli nie chyba przesiądę się WDR3600 i zostanę przy zewnętrznym modemie, jeśli chodzi o sumaryczny pobór prądu nie powinno być tragedii. Może w przyszłym roku TP-Link jednak zdecyduje się na rewizje W8970 z 128MB RAM, na to warto by było poczekać :)

pamiętaj wgrywasz tylko przez uboot

ja cały czas pracuje na trunku ale
pierwszy mój obraz był bardzo stabilny łącznie z wifi
ten ostatni to wifi rąbało się na potęgę
wczoraj wgrałem ostatni i na razie chodzi ale czas pokaże

Ps. wgraj patcha od (patrz wyżej) dsl_notify.sh bo ten w trunku nie działa a cezary pewnie nie aplikuje go

Proponuję wycofać tą nową wersję mac80211, wróci do porządku i radio.
Jest postęp z diodą wifi, popatrzcie na tickety

obsy co jeszcze dodałeś w luci?
Pokażesz jakąś listę pakietów? Ja dodaję jeszcze poprawki żeby znieść limity crda..
