Reboot na 1.1 bardzo mało wypluwa bo szybciej się zblokuje niż wywali do końca kernel panic.
ale mam co raz wywalił całego tylko że to z jakiegoś starszego softu.

@morfik widać że masz inną kość flash (taka była chyba montowana do v1.0). Możliwe że różnica między V1.0 a V1.1 to jest tylko wygląd obudowy a dokładniej zabudowa przycisku "reset". Na screenach ze strony TP-Link jest on taki sam jak inne przyciski ( WPS, WiFi), a na 1.1 został on "schowany" za otworem.

Swoją drogą to router na oficjalnym oprogramowaniu nie uzyskuje pełnej wydajności w openssl i tak było na starszych wydaniach LEDE ale zostało to naprawione:

Dla mojego modelu czas ten wynosi:
os-image ~30s
rootfs ~48s
całość 78s
Flash w tym routerze jest wyjątkowo powolny.

A jak go zmierzyć? :D

Poza tym, coś jakieś dziwne zjawiska obserwuję. Chciałem dać factory reset przez trzymanie wciśniętego resetu przez 5+ sekund. No i Niby się router zresetował ale nie wstał. :D Tzn, migała dioda power przez jakieś 3 minuty, a po tym czasie następowała samoczynny restart.

Dioda sygnalizowała stan failsafe przez chwile po restarcie i można było wbić tam bez problemu po ssh. Ale nawet "firstboot" nie naprawiał problemu. Odłączyłem router od prądu na kilka minut, podłączyłem, pomigał diodą power 3 minuty i się załadował. Teraz zdaje się działać normalnie. Też tak macie? :D

@morfik poprostu stoperem. po wpisaniu komendy sysupgrade -n /firmware.bin

Z tym kasowaniem do ustawień fabrycznych jest taki problem że nie zawsze zadziała za pierwszym razem. Niekiedy przy uruchamianiu nie potrafi pobrać danych kalibracyjnych z mtd, bo w tym czasie już następuje kasowanie pamięci, i jest szansa że przez rozsypane WiFi wywali kernel panic.
Inna możliwość to bardzo powolne kasowanie pamięci i wtedy uruchomienie może trwać nawet do 10 minut.

@pepe2k ja nie uważam się za głupiego, ale to co do mnie napisałeś to czarna magia. Nie znam się na tych typowo technicznych rzeczach :)

Przy okazji naprawione też zostały przyciski - wystarczyło przypisać odpowiedni kod do przycisku.

Stan na dziś - 10.11.2016:
1. poprawione, jeszcze nie dodane do LEDE
2. bez zmian, diody led od wifi nie są obsługiwane
3. bez zmian, nie jest obsługiwana czerwona led pod wan
4. poprawione, karty radiowe dostają mac adres routera
5. poprawione, da się wejść w tryb failsafe i zalogować przez ssh do routera
6. poprawione
7. poprawione - jeszcze nie wpuszczone do LEDE
